40 hours a week of work
10 hours a week driving
10 hours a week eating
56 hours of sleep
A total of 116 hrs

That leaves 52 hours – nearly 7 hours a day.

What you do with your time will determine whether you accomplish your goals. The biggest mistake you can make is thinking “the decisions I make today won’t affect my tomorrow.”
