Media Day at Thrive Training Center

With less than 3 months before the most anticipated Battle of the Badges event of the year, fighters showed up to Thrive Fresno Training Center, Fresno California for media day. The fighters were photographed as they worked out and talked about the upcoming April 11, 2015 event at the Hanford Civic Auditorium. Main event fighter Pierce Masse, Fresno Police Dept. sparred and shadowboxed while, Middleweight UCA Champion DJ Vargas, Avenal Police Dept. displayed his footwork and speed. The undefeated 2^nd ranked Jr Welterweight Shant Sheklanian, Madera Police Dept. was on hand looking in tip top shape.  2nd ranked Chris Martinez, Fresno PD, 10th ranked Devon Dejoie, Navy and Battle of the Badges newcomer AJ Forestiere, Madera PD worked out and talked about their training and thoughts on their opponents. Bryan Williams, Fresno PD talked about his much anticipated return to the ring against Louisiana Battle of the Badges Champion James Moore, Monroe Fire Dept. Contract negations are still being worked out for this Masters UCA Heavyweight State Championship Title fight. The Battle of the Badges takes place Saturday April 11, 2015 at the Hanford Civic Auditorium, 400 N. Douty Street.  Tickets are on sale now! General Admission $30 Reserved front Row $50.
