Vargas Pulls Out of Title Fight With Caamal

Just days before DJ Vargas, Hanford Police Department and Jorge Caamal, Los Angeles Sheriffs Department were set to clash in a highly anticipated UCA Light Heavyweight Championship Title fight Vargas suffered an injury. “I sustained an injury in sparring about two weeks ago” Vargas said. “As you know and understand, I do not get paid to compete, and my health, family, and career takes priority over a charity event. Unfortunately I will not be able to compete at this time and do not have an expected timeline to return.”
