175lb Title Is Up For Grabs

Hector Mendoza, LAPD vacates UCA Light Heavyweight title. Due to work obligations and injuries Mendoza hasn’t been able to defend his title. Mendoza hasn’t fought since capturing the UCA Light Heavyweight title by defeating Remin Pineda, LASD September 9, 2017 at the 911 Fight Night event at the Citizens Bank Arena in Ontario CA.  Mendoza will leave boxing as a 2 division UCA Champion  The vacated title will pave the way for the former Champion Gerardo Serrano – State Center Community College District PD and #1 ranked Remin Pineda, Los Angeles Sheriffs Dept to square off for the Light Heavyweight title at the Central California Battle of the Badges April 11, 2020.
