Traverin Franklin, USMC will make his UCA debut April 11, 2020 at the Central California Battle of the Badges when he challenges Armando Franco, Tulare Police Dept for the UCA Welterweight Championship title. This is going to be a high level fight. Franklin has over 40 fights and his opponent also has over 40 fights. Public Safety Boxing is so competitive right now and only growing.  There are so many good fighters we know about and so many good fighters we haven’t heard about yet.
