It’s official the UCA Welterweight Champion Armando Franco, Tulare Police Dept will attempt to capture a 2nd title. Franco is vacating his UCA Welterweight title and dropping down a division to take on the undefeated UCA Jr Welterweight Champion Marcel Hernandez, CDCR Avenal State Prison.

If Armando Franco is successful he will be the 6th fighter to be a champion in 2 divisions.

1. Brent Bugarin, Roseville PD
2. Hector Mendoza, LAPD
3. Marqus Blevins, Kings County SD
4. Chris Dubiansky, Camp Pendleton FD.
5. Mike Delery, Redondo Beach PD.
6. ?

Franco is a seasoned veteran and will have over a 20 fight experience advantage.  Hernandez is use to facing fighters with more experience than him and he continues to pick them off.  Hernandez is not fazed by record or size, he is confident he can beat anyone put in front of him. Franco and Hernandez are both very talented fighters who are surrounded by a great team. Will Franco become a two-division champion? Will Hernandez successfully defend his title? One thing is guaranteed, this is going to be a banger!
