When aDSC_9453 (800x457) team is committed to achieving a common goal it catapults each fighter ahead of the competition as a result of its cohesiveness and support system.   When a fighter is a part of a team he has his stable mates to encourage, support, and share their knowledge and expertise. This leads to a positive effect on performance come fight time. Fighters improve by having a team that depends on them to perform better and work hard to live up to the expectations of the other fighters. When you have a team behind you, you are not afraid of what comes in front of you. A motivated team with a knowledgeable leader can produce incredible results. “Talent wins fights but a team wins championships”
