Two evenly matched fighters will make their ring debuts and begin their UCA journey when Juan Carlos Montes-Diaz of the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office squares off against Andres Lopez, U.S. Navy – Lemoore. On paper, this matchup couldn’t be much closer. Both men are the same age and weight, separated by only one inch in height, leaving neither fighter with a physical advantage. With experience also equal at zero fights, the difference will come down to preparation, composure, determination, and who handles the pressure the best. The nerves and adrenaline will test both fighters but once the opening bell sounds, instincts will take over and two new UCA careers will officially begin. But only one fighter will leave the ring with his hand raised and start building on his perfect 1-0 record.
